Location: Töölönkatu 28, 6th floor

The book library consists mainly of literature required for education and research at the Sibelius Academy. In addition to course books it contains a collection of literature on European art music, music theory, music philosophy, music education and arts administration. The library tries to acquire as exhaustive a collection as possible of composer biographies and analyses of works, and it carries a full collection of literature on Finnish art music.

Reference books, lists of composers works, bibliographies, Festschrifts and congress publications are to be found in the reading room.
