Welcome to the Sibelius Academy Library!

Sibelius Academy Library is a specialist music library. The collections and services are open to all, though they are primarily designed for students, teachers and researchers at the Academy. Lending library consist of music material and books.

The primary mission of the Sibelius Academy library is to support the education, research and artistic work of the Academy. The collections contain some 72,000 items of sheet music, 34,000 records, tapes, etc., 17,000 books, 800 videos and a large range of collected works and anthologies.

WHAT'S NEW

Libary's new telephone numbers

The telephone numbers in Sibelius Academy that begin with 020 (or +358 20) will become obsolete in a few months. The exact date is not yet known. The new numbers are already operational and are found on library's web pages. The short three digit numbers used for internal calls will remain the same.

New telephone numbers:
Lending department, 6th floor: +358-(0)40-710-4224 (internal calls: 541)
Reference library, 5th floor: +358-(0)40-710-4223 (internal calls: 538)
